What will the training session be focused on?
We believe every athlete is unique and has different goals. The approach we take when developing a training plan is to assess their skill level and include their input into developing a training plan. We use drills to teach specific skills and incorporate them in game like situations where they must apply those skills. We teach our athletes how to be intentional in the way they prepare and how to perform at a high level when they working with us, creating habits that they can apply when working out on their own.
